These terms apply when you purchase a Curated Room Edit from Curated Style.
The service
A Curated Room Edit is an online interior design service for a single room. It includes a personalised mood board, a styled concept image of your room, furniture and decor recommendations with a clickable shopping list, paint colour suggestions where needed, layout guidance, styling notes and one round of refinements.
Turnaround
Your Curated Room Edit is delivered within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving your completed Room Profile. Timeframes start when your Room Profile is received, not at checkout.
Refinements
One round of refinements is included with every Room Edit. Further revisions can be arranged and may be quoted separately.
Shopping list and third-party products
Products in your shopping list are sold by third-party retailers. Availability and pricing are set by those retailers and may change after your design is delivered. We are not responsible for retailer stock levels, pricing changes, delivery or product quality.
Your content
By sharing photos, measurements and other details, you confirm you have the right to share them with us.
Using your design
Your Curated Room Edit is for your personal use in the room it was designed for.
Refunds
Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
