The Curated Room Edit is a personalised design service, so our refund approach depends on how far your project has progressed.

Before you submit your Room Profile

If you change your mind before submitting your Room Profile, contact us and we will refund your order in full.

After design work has started

Once we have received your completed Room Profile and started work on your design, your order can no longer be refunded. Every Curated Room Edit includes one round of refinements, so if part of your design is not working for you, tell us and we will adjust it.

Our commitment

If we are unable to deliver your Curated Room Edit for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. To request a refund or talk anything through, reach us via our contact page.
